Senior Accountant

 The Senior Accountant’s role will be to support the Controller and Assistant Controller in day-to-day operations.

Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in month-end close – prepare and input general journal entries and assist in financial statement preparation

· Maintain the general ledger

· Reconcile general ledger accounts

· Consolidate and analyze financial data to prepare reports

· Bank statement reconciliations

· Assist in annual audit

Work Hours and Benefits:

· Monday – Friday 8 to 5 or the option of 4 – 10-hour days (rotating monthly Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday)

· Salary range $110,000-$125,000

· Paid weekly

· 401k match up to 6%

Qualifications

· 5+ years of accounting experience

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred or equivalent experience

· Strong financial analysis skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Comfortable using ERP software

· Strong communication skills, bother written and verbal

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
