Soni is partnered with a growing healthcare organization who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role will support financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting operations while helping ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with GAAP. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to process improvements and financial insights that support business decisions. Responsibilities Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations Review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities Assist with external audits and provide supporting documentation Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Communicate financial results and insights to internal stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) Experience supporting audits or process improvements Compensation $90,000-$120,0000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
