Job Description: As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of accrual GAAP-based accounting, including reviewing and reconciling financial reports. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accrual GAAP-based accounting processes.

• Review and verify the accuracy of financial work performed by other team members.

• Perform reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Manage fixed assets and inventory reporting.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions.

• Provide guidance and support to other accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred).

• Proven experience in accrual GAAP-based accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.

• Experience with reviewing and verifying financial work.

• Proficiency in account reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
