Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accountant in Tampa, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also analyze financial data, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
• Financial Analysis and Tax Preparation skills
• Experience in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in the senior housing industry is a plus.
