Qualifications
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- 6+ years of successful commercial insurance sales experience with active P&C license
- Experienced in placing commercial insurance policies for high-risk clients in E&S market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- Good listening skills and the ability to determine clients' needs efficiently
- Positive learning & teaching attitude, ability to work in a teamwork environment
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management System
