Senior AI Engineer

Leading end-to-end technical engagements, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and ship AI solutions for complex enterprise problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and directly engaging with customers in Dallas, Texas. Key responsibilities Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers, managing delivery quality and stakeholder relationships Design and build agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications, ensuring production-grade reliability and safety Own the full development lifecycle of AI applications, integrating models into customer environments and developing scalable backend services Required qualifications 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including end-to-end model development and production deployment Demonstrable experience leading technical delivery across complex enterprise engagements Strong Python engineering skills with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LLM tooling Experience deploying AI services in cloud or enterprise environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams
