The experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in support of mission-critical operations. This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into existing systems to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational readiness.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for mission-specific applicationsPerform data analysis, model training, and predictive analytics on structured and unstructured dataIntegrate AI solutions into legacy and modern systemsImplement secure, scalable AI pipelines and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and governance standardsCollaborate with government stakeholders to align solutions with mission objectivesProduce technical documentation, training materials, and user guidanceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in secure or regulated environments (DoD)Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Strong programming skills in Python and experience in Linux environmentsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs (REST, GraphQL)Knowledge of data engineering, ETL processes, and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks)Understanding of secure coding practices and cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001)Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and version control (Git)Strong communication and technical writing skillsCommercial Programming Systems, Inc.
