Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer

To support client projects, the full-time Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions while collaborating directly with stakeholders and mentoring team members in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: Own ML solutions end to end, from framing business problems to production deployment and monitoring Apply generative AI and LLMs, selecting appropriate techniques and establishing MLOps best practices Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped solutions and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience building, training, and deploying ML models in production Strong modeling fundamentals and rigorous evaluation discipline in machine learning Hands-on experience with LLMs/generative AI and proficiency in Python and modern ML stacks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) Client-facing or consulting experience with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Willingness to contribute beyond AI/ML, engaging in various engineering and consulting tasks as needed
