We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst in IS Business Intelligence to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Portage, Michigan, and focuses on the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence systems to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and analytical skills to solve complex problems, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions in the medical devices industry.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture.
• Collaborate with senior management across business and IT teams to identify, prioritize, and implement data and information solutions.
• Solve intricate technical challenges and optimize the performance of business intelligence tools by defining and indexing valuable data.
• Develop testing methodologies and criteria to ensure the accuracy and reliability of business intelligence systems.
• Create and deliver training programs to empower users to maximize the capabilities of business intelligence tools for decision-making.
• Establish and implement standards, policies, and procedures for the structure and attributes of business intelligence systems.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure the quality and integrity of data and information.
• Research emerging technologies and develop business cases to support innovative business intelligence solutions.
• Work independently to analyze and apply expertise in solving business challenges.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud technologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities.• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for business intelligence systems.
• Knowledge of ERP solutions and integration processes.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering training programs.
