Job Title: Senior Analyst(US Citizens Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced data analysis, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical needs, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct detailed business, financial, and operational analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytical best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in an analytical role (e.g., data analysis, business analysis, or financial analysis).
• Proven experience working with analytical tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS).
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to query large datasets.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, financial modeling, or predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a specific industry or domain (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology).
• Federal Experience is a plus.
