Roles/Responsibilities:

• Manages and maintains systems in area of focus including administration, configuration, upgrades, maintenance, code migration, performance monitoring, system support, and end- user support
• Manages the configuration of Enterprise Systems in areas of focus such as bug analysis, patch testing and application, and support requirements analysis and customization design
• Reviews of current and proposed software systems to ensure compatibility with other software systems and future business needs
• Works with managers and leads to defined business problems and configure software systems solutions.
• Communicates with users and management staff throughout the life cycle of a given application to ensure maximum productivity
• Performs specialized configuration tasks requiring a high degree of technical proficiency in such areas as databases, data communications and minicomputers
• Configures, tests, debugs and documents complex programs using specialized computer languages
• Provides emergency on-call response for one or more applications.
• Research, reviews, and implements new functionality and new application system modules
• Provides customized training and training documentation on current and future functionality of supported software systems
• Participates on cross-functional teams implementing improved business solutions/business processes based on strategic plans

Mandatory Skills:

1. 4+ years' Experience in business systems analysis.
2. Knowledge of the principles and practices of systems analysis and design, including software development and documentation
