We’re hiring a Senior Architectural Millwork Engineer to lead the drafting and engineering of high-end architectural millwork, cabinetry, and custom furniture for luxury residential projects. This role blends technical design, team leadership, and coordination from concept through fabrication.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and engineer detailed shop drawings for approval and fabrication
• Lead, mentor, and review work from the drafting team (redlines/QA)
• Coordinate with project management, field teams, and fabrication to maintain schedules and quality
• Create material and parts lists; perform shop inspections
• Update as-built drawings and ensure constructability

Requirements

• Deep expertise in custom millwork, cabinetry, joinery, and materials
• Strong knowledge of integrated hardware and appliance coordination
• Proven leadership in drafting/engineering teams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused communication
