We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Project Architect to lead all aspects of project development, from design to occupancy. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing both local and remote teams while driving projects to success. The role involves overseeing operations in our Virginia office and collaborating closely with our Florida headquarters. A future ownership stake in the firm is a possibility for the right candidate.

• Lead marketing efforts for projects in Virginia, Maryland, DC, and West Virginia.
• Manage local and remote project teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of engineering teams and consultants.
• Ensure project budgets and deadlines are met.
• Demonstrate expertise in construction methods, detailing, specification writing, and building code interpretation.
• Conduct construction administration and provide project oversight.
• Possess strong communication and writing skills, with a focus on responsiveness to client needs.

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
• Licensed Architect in Virginia (or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity).
• Licensure in West Virginia, DC, or Maryland is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• 3D modeling and rendering skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Legal work status in the U.S.
