About the Team We are looking for a dedicated AI Product Manager to lead the development of our next generation of GenAI products. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the product development teams, and ensuring the alignment of product features with strategic business goals. This role demands a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of AI technologies, coupled with the ability to work effectively across teams to launch products that are innovative, user‑centric, and commercially viable. Responsibilities The AI Product Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of artificial intelligence products within Commercial Bank. They collaborate with engineers and data scientists to define product specifications, while also working with marketing, ops, risk, lending, sales teams to ensure the products resonate with the market. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for AI applications and techniques. Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and make strategic decisions to balance business goals with technological & AI capabilities. Work with stakeholders across different lines of business including Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Bank, Capital Markets, Treasury Management, etc. to understand user needs, gaps, and opportunities. Leverage a design thinking approach to understand user personas and journey to drive problem solving. Develop a short to medium‑term roadmap for the product based on problems, gaps, and opportunities. Serve as Product Manager for one cross‑functional pod of Data scientists, Engineers, data analysts, prioritizing backlog, refining stories and ensuring iterative delivery of the product every quarter.
