Publica is the leading Advertising Platform for Connected Television. As audiences shift from Cable TV to Digital, Publicas goal is to power the next generation of ad experiences on the big screen.


What we need to build together


The core of our platform is an OTT Header Bidding solution that enables publishers to run a unified auction between their direct sales and video SSPs. In addition, we provide all services needed to run an Ad-Supported OTT business: Campaign Management, Audience Management, and Server-Side Ad Insertion.


The Role


Publica is looking for a Sr. Associate, Technical Account Manager to join the Publisher Operations team. We are looking for someone who has strong technical aptitude, problem solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills that can oversee all aspects of customer service as they leverage Publica to power their CTV/OTT video business. You will be engaging with customers regularly, deep diving into data and running analyses, responding to a wide range of customer inquiries, becoming an expert with all products, funneling feedback from clients to our product and engineering team, and ultimately be responsible for the growth of accounts.


Basic Requirements



  • Experience in programmatic advertising


    • Preferred experience with video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI


  • Experience with large data sets, the tools to query them (MySQL, Amazon Athena), and data analysis

  • Experience with ad tech user interfaces

  • Experience with day to day account management and client facing

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a persuasive and success-driven personality

  • Combination of excellent technical, product and business skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • 4-year degree in a related field


California Applicants: The salary range for this position is $59,500 - $102,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
