Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Job Title Knowledge of CI/CD security and code quality tooling such as Sonatype, Sonarqube, CodeQA, Dependabot, GitHub Security Experience and knowledge in all principles of Network Technology, including but not limited to Intrusion Detection, Network Access Control, Network Strategies, Design, VPN solutions and Cisco Platforms. Direct experience source control systems such as TFS/Azure DevOps (strongly preferred) Git, GitHub, or GitLab Direct experience with three or more: PowerShell, Java, Javascript, SQL, Python, Ruby, Yaml, Json, Bash Direct experience in systems administration and engineering for Windows and Linux Direct experience with writing and managing Terraform code and modules Direct experience building containers environments and managing orchestrators (Kubernetes) Direct experience building and managing Azure PaaS (strongly preferred), or other cloud providers such as AWS, Google Experience with continuous integration, log collection and analysis, builds and performance monitoring/tuning of infrastructure. Direct with systems patching and maintenance via infrastructure as code and Terraform/Packer Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment Knowledge of Cisco Network, Security, and Voice products Extensive understanding of Client /Server and Web Application components Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership Demonstrated experience in managing projects Ability to multi-task organize and prioritize Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or similar certification Perform all stages of the software development life cycle, self-manage activities on smaller projects and serve as technical lead on small, medium and large projects. Determine operating requirements, costs, as well as resource needs for assigned projects and work in conjunction with a project manager on initiatives. Participate in application architecture planning (including system partitioning and framework design) to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability Lead / develop: High-level system narratives, storyboards, and user interface prototypes; Detailed design specifications for hardware and software use by the technical team; System test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved, and validate that business goals are accomplished; Detailed estimates for projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget.
