This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive bioreactor development and bioprocess optimization, leading efforts to scale up bioprocessing operations while implementing LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance project efficiency.Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field, along with at least 6-8 years of experience in bioreactor development, tissue engineering, or advanced fluidic systems. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this individual will manage projects across cross-functional teams, playing a vital role in shaping the company’s bioprocessing strategy.
