Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in supporting Java-based applications running on PCF, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Responsible for monitoring and vulnerability management, including patching, certificate renewals, and security compliance across all application servers.
• Manage change and release processes, define deployment strategies for new services, and execute code deployments in alignment with the release schedule.
• Oversee incident and problem management, track Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical issues, and drive resolutions to closure.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline-based deployments and configuration management using tools like Chef.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Strong expertise in SQL with hands-on experience working with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
• Nice to have experience in supporting applications that leverage messaging platforms like Axon, Broker, or Kafka.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for quick issue resolution.
• Preferably knowledgeable in IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of working independently.
