Job Title: Senior Budget Analyst Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Budget Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing budgetary processes, ensuring the financial health of our organization through strategic analysis and planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze the organization's annual budget.
  • Collaborate with department heads to prepare and forecast budget requests.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual expenditures.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for cost control and financial performance improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
  • Assist in the development of financial models to support decision-making.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on budget procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget analysis or financial planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in budgeting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation:
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience.
