Job Title : Senior Business Analyst - ECM & AEM

Job Type : C2C

Experience : 7-10 years

Location : San Jose, California

Key Responsibilities:

• 6+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in ECM platforms (e.g., Documentum, SharePoint).
• 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Business Analyst.
• Solid experience with Agile methodology, including playing the Product Owner role.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create basic mock-up screens for development teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience managing UAT processes and driving defect resolution.
• Prior experience at Cisco is a plus.
• Host user story meetings to document and prioritize process automation features.
• Provide mock-up screens to support user story requirements for the development team.
• Drive priorities, planning, and testing activities in an Agile environment.
• Participate in quarterly planning sessions to prioritize user stories and improvements.
• Prepare UAT plans and manage the UAT process, including defect resolution with the development team.
• Confirm Go-Live readiness after successful smoke testing.
• Work directly with business users to solve business questions and ensure alignment with IT teams.
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to stakeholders.
