JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with both technical and functional expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Microsoft technology stack and a deep understanding of database structures, tables, and enterprise data warehouses (EDW). This role requires a blend of technical acumen and functional insight to drive architectural decisions and ensure seamless interaction with various team members and stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience - Proficiency with the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, and other related tools. - Strong understanding of database structures, tables, and EDWs. - In-depth understanding of HIPAA regulations and their application in data management and security.
