About the Role
As the Business Planning & Analysis Manager for AVEVA Global Services, you will be responsible for financial and operational modeling and reporting related to Global Services projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing financial and operational reports and offering decision analysis based on reporting results. The Business Planning & Analysis Manager provides the reporting and analysis used in development of annual plans and assessment of the current state of the business.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain consolidated financial reports utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) and Project Management Information System (PMIS) extracts.

Monthly reporting, analysis, and follow-up for financial key performance indicators (KPIs); revenue, margin, utilization, backlog, and front log.

Monthly reporting, analysis, and follow-up for PMO KPIs.

ERP Reporting Subject Matter Expert for Project Management Office and Leadership Team.

Develop and maintain KPI report for Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Monitor and analyze the Global Services project portfolio for potential risks.

Maintenance of Global Services dashboard for identified high risk projects.
Important Working Relationships

Collaborate with Finance to align on financial reporting accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with Regional Services Heads and Services Leads to align on backlog reporting accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with Sales to align on frontlog reporting accuracy and completeness.

Report financial KPIs to Global Services Head, PMO Director, Regional Services Heads, Regional PMO Managers, Practice Leads, and Services Leads.

Report PMO KPIs to Global Services Head, PMO Director, Regional Services Heads, Regional PMO Managers, Practice Leads, and Services Leads.

Follow up with PMO Director, Regional Services Heads, Regional PMO Managers, Practice Leads, and Services Leads on corrective action for all deficient financial KPIs.

Follow up with PMO Director and Regional PMO Managers on corrective action for all deficient PMO KPIs.

Report Executive Level KPIs to the ELT.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.

Advanced technical proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft 365 Office Tools.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present concepts at all levels in an organization, particularly at the senior management level.

7-12 years business/financial analysis experience.

Strong ability to anticipate management information reporting requirements.

Specialist knowledge and experience in an ERP environment (i.e., SAP or Oracle Fusion) with experience managing complex reporting systems.
Salary Range:
$111,600.00 - $186,200.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
