Senior Business Analyst

Systems Integration & Development (SID) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in Rockville, MD and is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst. This is a full-time position available onsite (hybrid) in New Carrollton, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to analyze and document business needs.
• Create functional specifications and business process diagrams to support development efforts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project goals.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project initiatives.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct sessions for end users.
• Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven experience with requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.
