Job Summary

- Lead business analysis efforts for FAST platform implementations in the life insurance and annuities sector.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, design sessions, and solution workshops with customers.
- Manage and prioritize user stories, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, actuarial, and operations groups.
- Mentor junior analysts and support client adoption and onboarding to the FAST platform.
- Analyze insurance and annuity products, policy lifecycles, and servicing requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Drive process improvements, change management, and efficiency initiatives for clients.
- Provide insights into regulatory, competitive, and market trends relevant to life insurance and annuities.
- Utilize strong technical skills (SQL, Excel, XML parsing, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/BI tools) to support analysis and reporting.
- Ensure clear communication, effective presentations, and strong stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles.
