Summary:
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Pharmacy) with deep expertise in pharmacy systems and industry standards such as NCPDP, 837 transactions, and DUR processes. This role involves ensuring compliance, optimizing pharmacy workflows, and driving improvements in ePrescribing and drug rebate systems.

Position Info:

• Title: Senior Business Analyst (Pharmacy)
• Client: Gainwell
• Duration: 6+ Months
• Location: Hybrid (1 day per week) preferred in Camp Hill, PA or remote
• Work Mode: Hybrid preferred

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support pharmacy-related systems and processes, including NCPDP and DUR standards.
• Lead implementation and optimization of ePrescribing and drug rebate systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and recommend system enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with 837 transaction standards and reporting requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on ProDUR and RetroDUR processes to enhance pharmacy operations.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of NCPDP standards and 837 transactions.
• Experience with ProDUR, RetroDUR, DUR Plus, and drug reference systems.
• Familiarity with drug rebate programs and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in ePrescribing workflows and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
