About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic initiative focused on Sample Logistics optimization, digital integration, and scalable inventory management for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) and proteins. The role involves eliciting complex requirements, analyzing workflows, and ensuring seamless alignment between business units and technical solutions for global digital deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Elicitation: Document business requirements for digital systems integration, including Freezer Works, Hamilton SAML, Omni tracker, and CART.
• Process Optimization: Support initiatives for automated sample storage, aliquoting optimization, and shipping logistics workflows.
• Project Delivery: Contribute to the execution of the Unified Fulfillment System and assist in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and dependency mapping.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to manage change and validate technical requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure all deliverables adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA guidelines, cGMP/cGLP, and Data Integrity standards.

Essential Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within the Life Sciences or Pharma sector.
• Deep proficiency in Inventory Management Systems and Sample Logistics workflows.
• Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, specifically Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
• Technical command of Data Analysis tools: SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Strong documentation skills using Jira and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

Desirable Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or similar process improvement certifications.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
• Specialized knowledge in Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) or protein material handling.
