Position: Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA Salesforce APM Module)
Location: Frisco TX , Kansas City MO , Atlanta GA
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
- Facilitate workshops with Client stakeholders(Dev, Architect and Product/Process Owners) to gather detailed requirements for application rationalization, ensuring that all business, technology, and cost perspectives are captured in the APM solution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design. Ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications for ServiceNow APM implementation.(Requires hands-on experience of ServiceNow APM Module)
- Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments, providing insights on application cost, risk, and business fit, to guide decision-making in the rationalization process.
- Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and user stories for development.
Certifications :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory), Additional CIS(Certified implementation Specialist) APM or other CIS certifications.
