Job Title: Senior Business Consultant (PMP / Six Sigma MBB) Federal Program (Key Personnel)
Location: Washington, D.C. Onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred (experience requirement reduced to 5 years with Master's degree or higher)
• PMP Certification or DHS Mid-Level Program Manager certification required
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) certification preferred (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience (5 years with Master's degree or higher)
• Proven experience leading change-management initiatives across large organizations
• Experience designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and KPIs
• Strong background in financial oversight, internal controls, and compliance management
• Experience integrating multi-system or cross-functional enterprise solutions
• Ability to deliver executive coaching and strategic advisory services to senior leadership
• Experience reviewing deliverables for quality, regulatory alignment, and contractual compliance
• Experience supporting federal or government programs preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to serve as designated Key Personnel for the life of the contract
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal fitness determination
