This role serves as the data and process backbone of the organization’s tax audit response, delivering accurate, defensible, and audit-ready data to expert tax teams and auditors.The SFA is responsible for executing detailed data analytics, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple tax streams. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced technical skills in SQL, Excel, ERP data, and dashboarding tools. The successful candidate will investigate data anomalies at a granular level, automate repeatable processes, and ensure the integrity and traceability of all audit evidence.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and advanced formulas.Hands-on experience working with large datasets from ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar).Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.Preferred AssetsExperience supporting audits, compliance, or regulatory data requests.Exposure to tax-related data streams (sales tax, payroll tax, indirect tax, etc.).Familiarity with data automation, process improvement, or analytics best practices.
