We are hiring.... We are looking a Senior Business Development Analyst!You will Provide support to marketing and sales activities focused on LAA sales, ensuring product promotion, technical customer support, contract management, and effective interaction with internal departments and global teams. Contribute to consolidating demands, monitoring commercial performance, and implementing improvements that enhance competitiveness and process efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational and strategic support to product sales activities.Offer technical support on products to both internal and external customers.Manage sales contract administration, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.Execute tasks related to the sales force, including access management, support, and guidance on commercial tools.Coordinate and oversee product trainings and technical materials for sales teams.Review and follow up on layouts, marketing materials, and communications in collaboration with relevant internal areas.Act as a liaison between internal departments (commercial, marketing, operations, IT, logistics, etc.) to resolve business demands.Implement improvements in systems and processes related to the sales funnel and commercial tools.Coordinate tickets and interactions with the global team, ensuring alignment and execution of improvements.Conduct periodic tests, reviews, and audits of the sales system.Create and distribute communications and training for the entire sales force.Perform commercial monitoring, mapping opportunities and performance.Conduct competitiveness analyses, comparing market trends, competitors, and sector dynamics.Gather and consolidate marketing requests for product promotion, and follow up on execution with involved areas.Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of CRM platforms and sales systems.Basic understanding of market analysis and competitiveness.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Technical product knowledge.Fluent English.Desirable: Spanish.
