Salary Range: $60,000.

Commission Structure: Negotiable Commission Plan OR, 9% after earning 18k in revenue

Requirements: 

  • Pre-covid Travel RN/Allied business development experience
  • Must have 20+ TOA on current desk
  • Must have 3+ years of experience at a staffing agency

This long-standing healthcare staffing firm has been in the business for 40+ years under the same owner.
Their lean team of ~15 recruiters all have pre-covid experience, offering a high level of expertise in Travel RN staffing.
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and PTO are offered.
 

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have pre-covid Travel RN/Allied staffing experience.
This firm has a book of consistent clients that provide a healthy amount of Travel RN/Allied openings.
They are seeking a Business Development Manager who can thrive in a WFH environment to expand upon those needs and obtain more clients.
Top players are making 200k+ a year with a 55k base and 9% commission setup.
There is ample room for growth as the company grows.

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify, pursue, and obtain contracts with hospitals across the country for Travel Nurse/Allied openings 
  • Manage clients relationships and communicate effectively and timely regarding the progress of active searches
  • Set and strive towards attaining monthly/quarterly/annual goals 

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years/pre-covid experience in Travel RN/Allied staffing
  • Must have 20+ TOA on current desk
  • Proven track record of successful billing
