BizTek People is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our client in Portland, OR! Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Flexible schedule; core hours 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST) Overview Seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support healthcare analytics initiatives with a strong focus on Epic integrated reporting tools. This role partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support enterprise reporting solutions. Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience (one of the following): Master’s degree and 4+ years related IT/healthcare experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years related experience; OR Associate’s degree and 7+ years related experience; OR 8+ years related experience; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience 2+ years with Epic integrated reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Registries, Analytics Catalog). 2+ years supporting Epic upgrades and Cogito testing/validation. 2+ years with Epic Clarity and Caboodle. 1+ year building Epic reports/dashboards (clinical, financial, operational). 1+ year supporting self-service analytics tools and end-user training. 1+ year writing SQL queries. 3+ years collaborating with vendors and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and configure dashboards, reports, metrics, data models, and security settings. Support analytics product implementations, integrations, and Epic Integrated Analytics tools. Participate in UAT, Epic upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot reporting issues and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata. Promote product adoption and serve as liaison between IT and business users. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions. Manage vendor relationships, track SLAs, and escalate issues as needed. Participate in ongoing professional development and team activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
