The Opportunity
The Digital Media Finance team is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who can apply their technical skills to aid in driving systems, forecasting, and planning metrics to enhance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business processes. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Sales, regional FP&A teams, Product Marketing, and IT.

What you'll Do
Use data to drive strategic and tactical decisions for finance programs
Identify and solve broad complex technical data issues
Lead cross-team collaboration through influence
Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitive skills and drive data-based decision making
Craft well thought out proposals/recommendations that specify a clear course of action
Create streamlined content tailored data lakes to present up, down, and across the management stack

What you need to succeed
A strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets for analytical purposes using SQL-like languages (Hive/Hadoop experience preferred)
Proficient in Python
Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving ability.
Excellent communication, relationship skills, and a strong team player.
5-10 years of relevant finance data modeling experience. Previous experience in creating/maintaining financial models for a subscription/SaaS business and/or supporting financial reporting systems and automation in a complex organization is a plus.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills with ability to influence/drive decision making across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working with technical resources to ensure financial reporting and infrastructure aligns with business logic.
Strong project management and planning skills, including ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solver who can challenge the status quo and drive new ways of thinking across the organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $88,600 -- $206,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
