Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Atlassian JIRA and Administrator)
Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Required Skills:
- Has previous experience as a Sr. BSA or Applications Analyst as either a cloud-based or on-premise COTS product administrator
- Previous experience as functional level expert and administration of Atlassian JIRA (Jira Service Management, Atlassian Access)
- Ability to learn new products and systems quickly
- Possesses excellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
Job Description:
- Serve as IT product configuration administrator for Atlassian JIRA, and any other small SaaS/COTS products implemented in future
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify and implement configuration-based enhancements to support Atlassian JIRA and based on industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues and defects and determine whether to escalate to vendor support
