Job Description Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Senior Catering Sales Manager to join the Catering and Events Team at this gorgeous Atlanta property! Located in one of Atlanta’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42‑story tower has over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3‑meal restaurant, bar, and in‑room dining. Responsibilities Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business. Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business. Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience. Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre‑event, event, and post‑event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience. Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high‑level service.
