This role involves overseeing project planning, design, and execution while collaborating with clients, and internal teams. The candidate will work under the guidance of experienced department managers, all holding professional engineering licenses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team. TD&H will provide training in project management if necessary. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies while identifying new business opportunities. Lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Provide technical guidance, review designs and reports, and implement quality control measures to uphold project integrity. Oversee construction progress, conduct site visits, resolve field issues, and coordinate with contractors and clients.Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and scope of work documents for new and ongoing projects.Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and clients on multiple projects ensuring timely completion. Qualifications:Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) licensure is required, Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure in Idaho preferred or ability to obtain within 2 years.5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering. B.S. or M.S.
