Our team of 150 professionals’ spans across offices in Montana, Idaho, Washington, North Dakota, and Pennsylvania, providing a wide range of services to a diverse clientele throughout the United Sates.Job Overview:TD&H Engineering is seeking a full-time Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Twin Falls, Idaho. This role involves overseeing project planning, design, and execution while collaborating with clients, and internal teams. The candidate will work under the guidance of experienced department managers, all holding professional engineering licenses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team. TD&H will provide training in project management if necessary. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies while identifying new business opportunities. Lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Provide technical guidance, review designs and reports, and implement quality control measures to uphold project integrity. Oversee construction progress, conduct site visits, resolve field issues, and coordinate with contractors and clients.Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and scope of work documents for new and ongoing projects.Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and clients on multiple projects ensuring timely completion. Qualifications:Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) licensure is required, Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure in Idaho preferred or ability to obtain within 2 years.5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering. B.S. or M.S. Degree in Civil Engineering.Experience in the one or more of the following project types: Water Distribution, Sewer Collection Storm Water Systems Roads / Highways Water or Wastewater Treatment Systems Subdivision Land Development Commercial Site Design Federal Government facilities Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience with technical software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoDesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA), WaterCAD, etc.Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills.Ability to think through problems, break down tasks, and prioritize workAbility to multitask and manage project workload, deadlines, and clients effectively in a fast-paced environment.Physically able & willingness to visit construction sites or client locations on occasion.What We Offer:Competitive compensation Benefits package including Medical, Vision, & Dental Short & Long-term Disability insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual401k with employer match.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).End-of-year performance bonuses.Opportunities for continuing education and career advancement.A collaborative and supportive work environment.
