Job Title: Senior Civil Project Manager

Requirements: 5+ years of land development and civil construction experience preferabbly on residential subdivisions. 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage land development projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential projects, grading, and managing underground utilities and stormwater systems. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of civil engineering construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee site development, grading operations, and underground utilities installation.
• Implement and manage stormwater management plans in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Facilitate communication between clients, regulatory agencies, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in civil project management, specifically in land development and residential projects.
• Proven experience in grading, underground utilities, and stormwater management.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering construction principles and practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and civil engineering tools.
