Employer Industry: Healthcare Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $181,125.00, plus an incentive opportunity Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Generous 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement Flexible time off and paid leave programs Opportunity for professional development and leadership in clinical coding practices Collaborative work environment within a global team What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage end-to-end coding activities across multiple clinical projects Serve as the Coding Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance on coding strategies Collaborate with global affiliates to manage coding activities and maintain coding standards Develop and maintain training documents and standard processes for coding practices Proactively identify and implement process improvements in coding activities What is Required (Qualifications): Extensive knowledge of MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionaries, with 6+ years of clinical trial coding experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO Ability to interpret medical records and treatment documentation Solid understanding of U.S. regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical industry practices Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Master’s degree in a relevant field Experience with sFTP file sharing systems Demonstrated knowledge of Clinical Data Management practices Proven ability to establish collaborative working relationships Capacity to remain flexible and adapt to changing project priorities We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
