Position Mission:

Gain experience and knowledge of ABA with the ability to demonstrate competency with a wide range of clients, while supporting Ally’s BCBAs with developing and implementing treatment plans.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Convert at least 97% of delivered sessions within 24 hours of session end

2. Implement Supervision sessions with 90% fidelity via Supervision Competency measured once per month

3. Maintain high quality, objective session notes for indirect protocol modifications

4. Ensure clients receive at least 5% billable supervision each month with LBA present


Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide ABA Protocol Modifications and behavior skills training with the support and direction of Residency Supervising Clinician (RSC)

2. Collaborate with treatment team, including other Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and SLPs

3. Participate in ongoing training

4. Track and ensure correct amount of LBA supervision is provided to each client

5. Ensure total case supervision averages a minimum of 15% for all cases

6. Maintain professional boundaries per BACB and Ally ethical codes of conduct

7. Demonstrate ability to consistently accept and apply RSC feedback

8. Meet BACB and Ally RBT supervision requirements

9. Work directly with any assigned clients, including sub assignments

10. Create program descriptions as instructed by the LBA with fidelity

11. Creatively target goals/programs and activities based on clients’ individual interests

12. Respond appropriately to behavior without prescribed intervention, by using a function-based strategy

13. Actively participates in individual and group supervision meetings and

14. Complete all documentation on time (i.e., monthly verification forms, unique fieldwork tracker updated, etc.) as outlined in Ally’s Residency Program Orientation and BACB Supervision Requirements. Core Values
