Job Description: Cloud Engineer Core Competencies:

• Core AWS Cloud Engineer with experience in DevOps skills, Agile skills, ability to operate platforms at scale, has done automation, with a focus on maturing the cloud platform.

• AWS IAM identity-based and resource based policies

• AWS Networking (route tables, transit gateways, security group rules, VPC, subnets, R53 etc.)

• AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail x troubleshooting issues

• AWS glue

• AWS Redshift

• RDS MSSQL

• Splunk

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments. Experience with Harness would be a plus, but experience with other CI/CD tools (ArgoCD, CircleCI, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) is acceptable.

• Terraform

• Experience with Centralized secrets store (AWS Secrets Manager).

• Git management best practices

• EKS and k8s cluster management

• SSO via Okta and role-based access control

• Experience with Agile project management (scrum and kanban) concepts: sprints, sprint planning, backlog grooming, story points, ticket life-cycle and management.
