The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of construction practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed project revenue and cost forecasting to ensure company profitability.
Lead estimating efforts, ensuring a seamless and accurate bid-to-build process.

Coordinate with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to manage resources and meet project deadlines.
Develop comprehensive project plans, from initial bid to project completion.
Maintain estimating and vendor databases and negotiate terms with vendors to ensure favorable outcomes.
Foster strong client relationships to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor construction trends, costs, and technologies to remain competitive in the industry.
Develop comprehensive project plans, from initial bid to project completion.

Experience: 15+ years of construction experience, including at least 5+ years in estimating and project management roles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, estimating software, and industry-standard construction practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth construction knowledge, including materials, processes, and cost estimation.
