You’ll lead discovery workshops with stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations; translate complex business needs into actionable ERP requirements; and craft a multi-year modernization roadmap covering core finance functions including Procurement. Acting as both strategist and hands-on SME, you’ll steer solution design sessions, mentor junior consultants, and provide continuous oversight to ensure technology choices align with organizational goals, compliance mandates, and best-practice financial processes.QualificationsPrevious work experience in a Big-4 consulting firm7+ years of experience, especially leading finance/ERP modernization effortsFinance and Financial Planning expertise, especially ProcurementAnalytical Skills and Consulting abilitiesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldProfessional certifications in CPA/ERP/PMP are a plus
