As a Senior Consultant at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and drive competitive advantage. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, evaluate pricing models, and provide strategic recommendations. • Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with the company's financial goals and market positioning.

• Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing strategies on profitability and revenue.

• Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies support overall business objectives.

• Create and maintain pricing models and tools to facilitate accurate and timely pricing decisions.

• Monitor and report on pricing performance, making adjustments as needed based on market feedback and financial results.

• Provide recommendations for pricing adjustments and promotional strategies to enhance market share and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in pricing software, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in a consulting role or with a consulting firm.

• Knowledge of pricing strategies in [specific industry, if applicable].

• Certification in pricing or financial analysis (e.g., CFA, CPM) is a plus.
