Position: Sr. Content Strategist

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and evolution of VXD's enterprise content design system
• Drafting entries
• Collaborating with teams that submit
• Encouraging engagement across UX via communications, workshops, and partnerships
• Scale implementation and adoption across VXD via tools like AEM and Jira
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks, synthesize trends, and inform prioritization of future initiatives
• Build strong cross functional relationships by gathering feedback and collaborating with design and technology partners
• Collaborate with a small, specialized team, serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader in content design

Required Skillset:

• Experience with content strategy and design systems
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, user-centered guidance and documentation
• Comfortable diving in as a thought leader who can pivot from idea generation to implementation at scale
• Superb organizational and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with JIRA and Figma
• Experience with headless AEM a major plus

Typical day in the life for this role:

• Small team, work closely with a key partner, healthy mix on focused writings content design systems, editing entries that other teams have written, analyzing whether this guidance can apply to 6 lines of business, write guidebooks for content strategies, captures terminology, looking at content strategy and looking a messaging, partnering with different teams
