Senior Contracts Manager required for a client in Poole. This is a key leadership role supporting the delivery of property services across social housing contracts, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with operational teams and stakeholders, playing an important role in driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple programmes.Responsibilities Supporting the delivery of multiple social housing maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment contracts.Overseeing operational performance to ensure KPIs, service standards, and contractual requirements are met.Leading and supporting Contract Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams.Monitoring contract performance and driving improvements in productivity and service delivery.Supporting budget management, cost control, and commercial performance across contracts.Ensuring compliance with health & safety, legislation, and industry standards.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including housing associations and local authorities.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and service delivery.RequirementsProven experience in a Senior Contracts Manager or similar role within social housing or property services.Strong background in managing maintenance, compliance, or refurbishment programmes.Experience leading and developing operational teams in a multi-site environment.Good understanding of KPIs, contract performance, and service delivery standards.Strong commercial awareness, including budget and cost management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Relevant construction or property services qualification (or equivalent experience).Full UK driving licence (SMSTS/IOSH desirable).If you’re an experienced Contracts Manager looking to step into a senior role where you can make a real impact within the social housing sector, we would love to hear from you.
