What You Bring:

Must-Have Experience:

• Manufacturing finance & cost accounting expertise.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 7+ finance professionals.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close experience.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• SAP experience.
• International finance exposure.
• CPA or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting.
