Contact me to learn more and qualified candidates submitted asap!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 10+ years of experience in automated controls systems for industrial manufacturing equipmentParticipate in design development and design reviews at all levels, proposal, standards, projectAnalyze customer requirements and translate requirements into an automated solutionManage technical solutions to minimize costs while meeting customer requirements as well as long term reliabilityPerform detailed system design, programming, implementation, and full testing of the automated solutionPLC logic, servo motion, and HMI development utilizing applicable software (A-B)Diagnose problems with pneumatic and mechanical systems interfacing with electrical & electronic systemsDevelop tools and integration strategies to increase effectiveness and lower cost Other Skills and Abilities:Efficient using 2D AutoCAD Electrical to generate control system packagesFunctional electrical maintenance and advanced troubleshooting skillsExperience with different fieldbus architectures such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, ASCIIFunctional experience programming Servo and VFD drivesFamiliar with international standards (IEC, ISO, NFPA, NEC, UL, CE)Robotic systems (ABB & Fanuc) a plusVision systems to perform part recognition, part position, robot guidance, and quality inspections (Keyence, and Cognex)EDUCATION Associate’s Degree and 15 years of robotics, controls, or engineering experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 10+ years of robotics, controls, or engineering exp.
