Job Description
Worldpac, a leading name in automotive parts distribution, is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the critical activity of identifying and attracting top-tier talent to our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and values. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and a proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions in a fast-paced environment while providing a consultative approach to our hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through negotiation and onboarding for a variety of positions.
Advocate-for, and adhere-to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for a positive and consistent experience for all. This also includes limited project management insofar as some requisitions will require different combinations of internal-and-external support as well as different levels of communication.
Post requisitions and create content to share open roles via social media platforms.
Proactively source, identify, and engage talent through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experiences.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and quarterly goals. This includes intake on the position scope and needs as well as confirmation of the overall recruitment process, roles and responsibilities.
Provide strategic guidance on market dynamics and trends, talent availability and workforce planning.
Flexibility to assist cross-functional HR roles to meet company objectives.
Responsible for providing as needed individual support and training to the hiring teams, ensuring process steps are executed correctly
Possess the ability to think strategically and critically, highly organized and can interpret data to provide valuable insights.
Requirements
3+ years full-life cycle recruitment experience
Preferred industries include manufacturing/auto
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
iCIMS experience is a plus
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other search boards
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Spanish / French a plus)
Strong expertise in sourcing methods, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.
Ability to influence senior leadership within and outside of Talent Acquisition based on external talent market conditions
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required to evaluate complex issues, develop logical conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment metrics/KPI’s on a consistent basis
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Education/Certification
Associate’s / Bachelor's Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
