Senior Cost Accountant

Position Overview Due to growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing insights to improve our financial processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems. Qualifications BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of cost accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with financial reporting and compliance Variance Analysis NetSuite Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
