Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in coordinating office activities, while working closely with the CEO on day-to-day tasks as requested.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Answer customer calls, collect payments, and report for clients.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and experience with fast-paced work environments.
- Customer phone experience, excellent communication skills, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively.
- Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Zendesk applications.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use various software programs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Typing proficiency and system creation.
- Bachelor's Degree (Required).
- 5-10 years of customer service experience (Preferred).
- Ability to commute to Tustin, CA 92780 (Required).
- Ability to relocate to Tustin, CA 92780 before starting work (Required).
